TOPS Email Groups
TOPS families use Google Groups to stay connected with each other, to receive announcements, and to discuss any concerns or questions with their site council reps. It’s an important channel for building community.
This is the easiest way to receive up-to-date information about what is going on in your student’s class and to get class specific needs or notes from your teachers.
Join your class email group
To join the email group:
- Send a message to the appropriate email address in the table below.
- Shortly after you send an email to one of the email addresses below, you will receive an email asking you to confirm by replying. Any reply will do, e.g. the word “yes”.
- Then you will receive another email saying your membership is pending, until a moderator approves it and then you will get a final confirmation saying you are subscribed.

The TOPS Family Directory is Online!
Our parent association, Friends of TOPS, uses a Survey Monkey form to build our private TOPS Family Directory. It’s secure, easy to use, and free to families. The directory is distributed via email to families that opt-in and is a great way to stay connected to other TOPS families!

New registrations must be manually reviewed to verify your family has a child at TOPS, after which you’ll receive your own copy of the directory via email.
